REFUND
At DuchessDivine, we take great pride in handcrafting and preparing each product especially for you. As all our pieces are made-to-order, we follow a strict cancellation and return policy to ensure fairness and quality assurance.
1. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled within 6 hours of placing the order by emailing us at duchess.divine@yahoo.in.

After this time, your order enters production and cannot be cancelled, as it is made-to-order.

We reserve the right to cancel any order in rare cases of unavailability or technical issues. In such cases, the full amount will be refunded.
2. Return Policy

Since all items are custom-made and produced on order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for size, design preferences, or change of mind.

Returns are only accepted in the rare case that you receive a damaged or defective product.
3. Damage Claims Process
To initiate a return for a damaged product, please follow these steps:

Email us within 48 hours of delivery at duchess.divine@yahoo.in

Include the following:

Order ID

Clear unboxing video showing the package being opened

Images of the damaged item

Once we verify and approve the damage claim, we will:

Arrange for a pickup (where available), or

Guide you on how to ship it back

Once received and inspected, a full refund or replacement will be issued within 5–7 working days.
⚠️ Damage claims without a valid unboxing video and image evidence will not be eligible for return or refund.
4. Refunds (if approved)

Refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

In case of COD, we will request your bank account details for refund processing.
5. No Exchange Policy

We do not offer size or style exchanges, as every piece is made-to-order and tailored as per your selection.
