3. Products & Orders

  • All products listed on our website are made-to-order, designed and crafted upon receiving an order.

  • Minor variations in colour, print, or fabric texture may occur due to screen differences and hand-finishing. These are not considered defects.

  • We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our sole discretion, in which case a full refund will be issued.

4. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless mentioned otherwise.

  • We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice.

  • Payment can be made through secure gateways. For Cash on Delivery (COD), additional fees may apply.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are shipped within 1–3 business days of processing.

  • Delivery timelines may range from 4–7 working days depending on the shipping location.

6. Cancellations, Returns & Refunds

  • Orders can be cancelled within 6 hours of placement.

  • As all items are made-to-order, returns are only accepted in case of damaged or defective items, with valid image and unboxing video proof.

All content, logos, images, and designs displayed on this website are the property of DuchessDivine and protected under applicable copyright and trademark laws. Any reproduction or misuse is strictly prohibited.
